  • You hold a valid passport (issued within the last 10 years, valid 3+ months beyond your planned return)
  • You have travel insurance covering at least €30,000 for medical expenses
  • You can demonstrate sufficient funds for your stay

Proof of financial means (bank statements covering the last 3 months)

Visa Fees

Fees are subject to the applicable government, VFS/visa-centre or other authorised authority charges and may vary based on nationality, visa type, exchange rates and official fee updates. Goodfellas service charges, where applicable, are separate.

Processing Time

Italian Schengen visa decisions are normally made within 15 calendar days, though this can extend to 45 days. Applications should be submitted well in advance. Depending on your location, submissions may go through VFS Global, the Italian embassy, or the Italian consulate.
