GoodFellas Immigration is an India-established digital international mobility and travel-support platform. We connect people, opportunities, services, and businesses across borders through a range of travel, visa, work abroad, and B2B partner services.

GoodFellas is registered with Udyam under MSME, India. Our registered address is in Haryana, India.

Our services are available to individuals and organisations who:

• Are at least 18 years of age or acting through a parent/legal guardian
• Have the legal capacity to enter into agreements
• Are able to provide accurate and truthful information
• Are not using our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

GoodFellas provides the following categories of service:

The specific scope of services may vary depending on the service type, your requirements, jurisdiction, and the availability of relevant partners or suppliers.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times
• Ensure all documents submitted are genuine, valid, and authentic
• Promptly inform us of any changes to your information or circumstances
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements
• Respond to communications within a reasonable timeframe
• Not misuse, misrepresent, or exploit our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

Where GoodFellas provides visa assistance, please note:

• GoodFellas provides consultancy, documentation support, and administrative coordination — not visa decisions
• Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, embassy, consulate, or immigration authority
• GoodFellas cannot guarantee visa approval, appointment availability, processing time, or immigration clearance
• Government requirements, processing times, and fees may change without notice
• Customers are responsible for providing truthful information and genuine documents
• Government fees, VFS/application-centre charges, and embassy fees are separate from GoodFellas service charges

Travel-related services such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and accommodation coordination are facilitated through third-party suppliers. Key points:

• GoodFellas acts as a coordination and booking facilitator, not as the direct travel supplier
• Airline, hotel, and accommodation rules, terms, and cancellation policies apply as set by the relevant supplier
• Refunds for travel bookings are governed by the supplier's own terms and conditions
• Schedule changes, cancellations, and disruptions are subject to the supplier's policies
• GoodFellas is not responsible for service failures by third-party travel suppliers

The GoodFellas Work Abroad programme connects candidates with appropriate recruitment, immigration, and employment partners. Please note:

• GoodFellas is not an employer and does not directly offer employment
• GoodFellas does not guarantee employment, job selection, salary, work permit, or visa approval
• Candidate registration does not constitute a job offer or guarantee of placement
• Employment opportunities depend on employer requirements, partner availability, candidate eligibility, and applicable government processes
• Regulated overseas recruitment activities involving Indian citizens are performed by appropriately authorised parties where required by applicable law
• GoodFellas may facilitate candidate sourcing, screening, profile preparation, and interview coordination through appropriate partners

The GoodFellas Partner Network connects businesses involved in recruitment, immigration, travel, employment, and international mobility. Key terms:

• Partnership registration is an enquiry/application, not an automatic approval
• GoodFellas reserves the right to review, accept, decline, or terminate partnership enquiries
• Partners remain responsible for their own licences, registrations, regulatory compliance, and customer commitments
• Partnership does not imply endorsement, certification, or government approval
• Commercial terms are agreed separately between the parties

Where GoodFellas charges fees for its services:

• GoodFellas service charges are separate from government, embassy, VFS, airline, hotel, and third-party fees
• Fees will be communicated before you proceed, and exact pricing is confirmed prior to payment
• Government and third-party fees are estimates and may change without notice
• Payment of GoodFellas service charges does not guarantee any specific outcome (visa approval, appointment, employment, etc.)

Refunds are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy. GoodFellas service charges may be refundable in part depending on the extent of work performed. Government, embassy, airline, hotel, and third-party charges are governed by the respective provider's refund policies.

Our services may involve third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, visa application centres, recruitment partners, and immigration professionals. GoodFellas is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or terms of third-party providers. Your use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms imposed by those providers.

All content on the GoodFellas website — including text, graphics, logos, design, layout, icons, software, and branding — is the property of GoodFellas Immigration or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information.

By providing your contact details, you consent to receiving communications from GoodFellas regarding your enquiry, application, registration, or partnership — including via email, phone, WhatsApp, and SMS. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• GoodFellas provides services on an "as available" and "as described" basis
• We make no warranties that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• GoodFellas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to GoodFellas for the specific service giving rise to the claim

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law.

GoodFellas shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, embassy closures, travel restrictions, labour disputes, power failures, or internet disruptions.

GoodFellas reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if:

• You breach these Terms
• You provide false or fraudulent information
• You misuse our services or platform
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws and your statutory rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
