Partner Terms

The GoodFellas Partner Network connects businesses involved in recruitment, immigration, travel, employment, HR, and international mobility. GoodFellas acts as a coordination and networking platform that facilitates connections between relevant businesses, candidates, and opportunities.

GoodFellas does not act as an employer, immigration authority, or recruitment agency. Our role is to build connections, coordinate information, and support operational workflows between relevant parties.

Partners in the GoodFellas network may include:

• Recruitment agencies and employment consultancies
• Overseas employment companies and manpower agencies
• Employers seeking international talent
• Immigration consultants and visa-service providers
• Travel agencies and travel-service providers
• HR and recruitment consultancies
• International employment and mobility partners
• Other relevant businesses contributing to international mobility

The specific nature of the partnership will be discussed and agreed between the parties during the onboarding process.

Submitting a partnership enquiry does not automatically result in approval or acceptance. The process includes:

1. Submission of partnership enquiry via the GoodFellas website
2. GoodFellas reviews the enquiry and the information provided
3. Discussion and clarification of the proposed collaboration
4. Verification and due diligence where appropriate
5. GoodFellas determines whether a partnership is suitable
6. If approved, commercial terms and working arrangements are agreed
7. Partnership commences under the agreed terms

As a GoodFellas partner, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain all required licences, registrations, and authorisations for your services
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Not misrepresent your capabilities, credentials, or services
• Handle all candidate and customer information in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• Communicate professionally and promptly with GoodFellas and relevant parties
• Not use GoodFellas branding, reputation, or network for unauthorised purposes
• Notify GoodFellas of any material changes to your business, licensing, or regulatory status

GoodFellas may support partners through:

• Business introductions and networking facilitation
• Candidate sourcing and coordination where legally permitted
• Employer requirement coordination
• Partner discovery and onboarding
• Information exchange and operational coordination
• Market connection facilitation
• Administrative support and referral coordination

The specific scope of GoodFellas' involvement will be defined for each partnership and may vary between partners.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, commercial terms, candidate data, and operational details shared during the partnership. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

Where candidate information, customer data, or business information is shared between GoodFellas and partners:

• All parties must handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws
• Personal data must only be used for the purposes for which it was shared
• Partners must implement reasonable security measures to protect shared data
• Data sharing should be limited to what is necessary for the collaboration

Commercial terms, including any fees, commissions, referral arrangements, or revenue-sharing models, are agreed separately between the parties and are documented in the relevant partnership agreement.

GoodFellas does not publish fixed commercial terms, as each partnership is assessed and structured individually based on the scope of services, market, and collaboration model.

Either party may terminate the partnership:

• By written notice, subject to the terms of the partnership agreement
• Immediately, if the other party breaches a material term of the agreement
• Immediately, if the other party engages in fraudulent, illegal, or unethical behaviour
• By GoodFellas, if the partner no longer meets the criteria for partnership

Upon termination, the parties must return or destroy confidential information and cease use of each other's branding, subject to any survival clauses in the partnership agreement.

GoodFellas shall not be liable for:

• The acts, omissions, or negligence of partner organisations
• Employment outcomes, visa decisions, or immigration results
• The accuracy of partner-provided information
• Commercial losses arising from partnership activities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
