Where GoodFellas assists with appointment coordination:

• Appointment availability is controlled by the visa application centre or embassy — not by GoodFellas
• We will make reasonable efforts to secure an appointment, but availability cannot be guaranteed
• Appointment dates, times, and locations are subject to change by the provider
• If an appointment cannot be secured, GoodFellas will communicate this promptly and advise on available options

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information and documents
• Ensuring your passport and travel documents are valid for the required period
• Verifying that all submitted documents are genuine and authentic
• Complying with all documentation requirements as communicated by the embassy, consulate, or application centre
